Used Moving Boxes Pickup

At Gentle Giant Moving Company, providing exceptional value to customers through the highest quality services is a priority. So is making strides to be a green moving company. With our used moving boxes pickup service, we are able to meet both goals.

We recycle moving boxes! We are happy to collect your used Gentle Giant/Top Box moving boxes. If you would like to return the used boxes to our office in Wilmington, MA, we can offer a refund of $0.25 per moving box.

How do you arrange a used moving boxes pickup?

• Contact our Top Box team at 877-269-3767 or boxes@gentlegiant.com.
• Break down (collapse or disassemble) your Gentle Giant/Top Box moving boxes and consolidate your packing paper in one central location (inside of a box, preferably).

Please note:

• We require a minimum of 20 boxes for a pickup
• We only pickup Gentle Giant/Top Box moving boxes
• All boxes must be broken down and flattened (Failure to do so may incur an additional fee)
• We do not offer trash removal service; moving boxes and paper only
• Wet boxes will not be picked up

Currently, this service is only regularly offered to Massachusetts customers. However, arrangements can often be made in our other regions with several days notice.
