The entire crew who showed up to move my things to not just one but three separate destinations was incredible. They were all so kind and hard-working, and treated my things with extreme care. Matt in particular was so very thorough, making sure to talk through all the steps that he and his crew needed to take, as well as explained all the line items in the final bill. I was _very_ emotional throughout the entire day because I loved my apartment in San Francisco, but was also worried about the welfare of all of my possessions… but he never made me feel ashamed and he was extremely patient with me. I also wasn’t sure if they were going to be able to accomplish everything they needed to in a single day, but they all moved _so_ quickly and carefully that they _were_ able to complete everything long before the end of Saturday. Thank you _all_ for making such a difficult day as painless as it could have possibly ever been.
